Steven Davidson is a recruitment strategist, entrepreneur, and human capital advisor with over two decades of experience helping organizations find and develop exceptional people.
As the founder of Hire Engine Inc., Steven has worked with companies across Canada in industries including construction, industrial services, manufacturing, logistics, and professional services. Through this work, he has conducted hundreds of hiring processes and evaluated thousands of candidates.
Over the years, Steven noticed a consistent problem.
Many talented professionals struggle to navigate the hiring process—not because they lack ability, but because they simply do not understand how modern hiring actually works.
